<title>Comments on: Multiple modes of transportation meet in Putnam Ontario as OSR re-routed Formet Industries frames from St. Thomas are brought to CN at Beachville due to a major rebuild of the Talbot sub. Unusual for OSR to handle Frame Traffic, this hadn&#8217;t been seen on the St. Thomas Subdivision since 2009 when CP last hauled frames for the GM plant in Oshawa (example pic of St. Thomas sub action under CP). The re-routes were necessary as CN lifted the Barwick St. Bridge track too high so frames could no longer clear the L&amp;PS built structure, and GM needs frames daily to produce cars, so OSR was called in to help for a few days while CN fixed their major mistake.</title>
