Comments on: Nearly at the top of the hill from the Redwater river, 836 will soon be getting the switch at Kerensky to continue the trip to the air base. There must be a lot of flying scheduled, there are 34 tanks of fuel behind those 14 empty hoppers. You can see the 2 trailing units are working, even a little smoke from the 4345. For whatever reason (you can see the open hood door on the 4609), the lead unit on the way out, and, back again the next day, was not in operation. Nice quiet ride for the headend crew, just swooshing of air brakes. They are a little late today at 15:45, typically roll through just before lunch.

Digging out a few facts from the CNRHA, the 4609 was cut down into slug 259, 4611 became the 7225 and has since been sold to IBCX, the 4345 was built into the 4126 which was involved in an accident Dec. of 97 and retired.
Thanks fellows. :-)
