Comments on: Nice shot of an old wooden CN Flanger resting in the sprawling Fort Erie CN yard on a sunny day many years ago. This relic was built in 1948, but I do not know the year of its’ disposition. Location of photo rather obvious :o) as to the right is the N&W ‘F’ 3725 that could often be found in Fort Erie back then.

Sister car CN 56323 is right there today at the Niagara Railway Museum. That’s a lot of flangers CN once owned.

Or the “CN” logo right above the number on the end of the car.
Or the faded outline of a CN logo below the cupola.

Also interesting is there is no CN logo of any type on it…guess you knew which railway the equipment belonged to by the colour of the vans…?
