		<description>Well; you really can&#039;t blame either CP or the City of Niagara Falls for wanting the trains away from the tourist zone. CP would have extra expense due to slow orders and watchful crewmen. Niagara Falls depends on tourists for it&#039;s economic life now and even night time only would still elicit complaints about noise.
We trainwatchers are a minority; to most people they are noisy dangerous eyesores.</description>
