Comments on: Nose-to-nose, a pair of stored CN GM units sits at the side of the MacMillan Yard Diesel Shop. CN 5553, an SD60F, displays the full-width “Draper taper” behind the cab. 5326, an SD40-2W, only has the “Canadian Safety Cab” with a regular SD hood. Note the minor differences: side cab access doors on the SD60F, numberboard locations, frame height/wheel size, bell bracket, different pilot steps, side cab windows, and wheel bearings to name a few.
