The locomotive crane captured in your photo is CP 414222, an Ohio model DE 400, serial number 5212, built in 1990. This 40 ton capacity crane would work a few more years for CP's Engineering Department, before being sent west in the fall of 2016 to CP's Weston Shops complex to replace an aging 30 ton capacity American model 830 DE locomotive crane built in 1965.
