Comments on: Not nearly as substantial as one might expect for a terminal passenger depot, this PGE now BCOL depot for Prince George was situated in the industrial area south of the town and just east of the yard there. It replaced an earlier (1952) one north by a few miles and closer to the CN interchange, a bit more substantial but in much the same understated style.

A shame how passenger service on the line ended. It's also a shame how big business gets what they want when they want to buy a government owned railway - no passenger service, no commitments, let us get rid of anything we want and see ya later. Bye Bye competition.
