Comments on: Nothing like a cool, sunny Spring morning. Although I was on my way to Napanee, I made a day out of stopping at certain locations that never usually disappoint in terms of ‘action’. Here, CN veterans 4125 and 4121 are bringing back a cut of cars. The trackage they’re on I believe connected at one point to the old Canadian Northern main. This would’ve been back before the creation of CN. When the CNoR and GTR became CN, I believe that CN reconfigured some of their industrial tracks using the former CNoR main line. After all, it was just a few hundred meters away. Also, note the stacks of rails, ties and other ‘junk’ that these engines are passing. This is the former ‘yard’ at the station.
