<title>Comments on: Noticeable sinking in the Niagara River of one of the support piers of the International Bridge at Fort Erie led to some emergency &#8216;shoring up&#8217; in early 1993. The result was daily transfers and regular traffic had to detour thru CN Niagara Falls, making for some entertaining days around the otherwise usually quiet VIA station. In this particular view, off to the left is CN yard jobs 7040 and 4137 wait while CR 6575 and 6629 bring a long string of empty autoracks over to Canada before returning to the US as a lite move.</title>
