<title>Comments on: Now owned by the Broadbears, L4 was leased by o.s.r. to BWXT starting around 1997. It was replaced by WCR 1556 (former STCR 10) which had left WCR (was loaned/leased) and is also owned by the Broadbears. The Broadbears have been involved in o.s.r. since the beginning hence the o.s.r. involvment. Osr is no longer involved in these locos other than storing 1556 for a few months in 2019. L4 is not in service and awaits an uncertain fate yet to be determined. BWXT maintains and uses an internal railroad for manufacturing and ships loads out about once every few months.</title>
