	<title>Comments on: NREX GP40 3140 caught in front of the BNSF station in New Westminster BC in August 1998.  The unit began life in August 1968 as PC 3128.  It went to Conrail as their 3128, then to D&amp;RGW as 3140 and then to NREX 3140.  It finally was sold to Rock and Rail as their 401.</title>
