Comments on: NS 1068, the Erie heritage unit, became the 2nd NS heritage unit to find its way in to Canada today on NS H3R from Buffalo. NS 8300, a former CR C40-8, made for a good companion on today’s train, seen here lifting their first cut of US bound traffic out of the yard in Fort Erie. Murphy’s Law, it came over from the US leading long hood forward and in the pooring rain.
