Comments on: On 9/9/2009 government and railroad dignitaries got together for a photo op to commemorate a $36M investment for track and equipment (and by extension rail service) improvements in the NBSR service area. The railroad put together this sweet consist to move the VIPs back up the line a ways to observe some trackwork in progress.
