<title>Comments on: On a nice sunny day without a single cloud, knowing that VIA trans-continental train &#8220;The Canadian&#8221; is just about 2 hours late which will be a good shot in the morning day light, I decide to head out and give a new spot a try, at Green Lane in Markham, ON just a few hundred metres north of Doncaster junction. VIA #2 is scheduled to arrive at Toronto Union station at 0915, but due to lateness, is arriving into Toronto Union at just about 1240. Ahead of VIA #2, CN 302 rolls by on the West track (Closer track) with a decent lashup, and then junctions onto the York subdivision at Doncaster junction. Just as its tail end passes, VIA #2 rolls by creating my second train race. A person also almost got hit by #2, who decided to run across the tracks before the gates went up just after 302 passed. Please be careful out there everyone!</title>
