I was here yesterday. This shot is still possible and there is a small dirt lot beside the fence you can park at. You can walk along the fence-line by the pole line to get it. But as Arnold mentions it’s not very relaxing like back in the day. Its more of a take your photos and leave area now unfortunately.

It’s no good anymore. Feed mill gone too. You used to be able to drive right down and have many different angles to shoot. Now it’s limited to the crossing. Traffic down too so you can’t just sit and wait either!
