	<title>Comments on: On a snow-less day in January 1967, a CN freight heads through Welland on its way to Fort Erie. Between deliveries of new locomotives and repaints, the &#8220;1961 image&#8221; is now very common, although you could still occasionally catch units in the &#8220;old colours&#8221;&#8230;trains with three or four 4-axle units were quite common at that time, often intermixing RS18s with GP9s as well as GP40s and C-424s. (The SD40/C630 era had not yet arrived.)</title>
