Comments on: On September 20, 2016 while at Agincourt Yard assisting CP Work Equipment in preparing Ohio crane CP 414222 for shipment from Toronto to Winnipeg I captured plow CP 401028. At the time, the plow was coupled to Jordan spreader CP 402894 and parked on a stub track near the locomotive service facility. A year earlier on October 20, 2015 I was at CP Weston shops in Winnipeg where they had several plows inside being evaluated for potential repairs. I’m not sure if a plow refurb program was ever undertaken. It's had the side ladders shortened with new doors installed slightly forward of the original position. it also received a new coat of paint. Paul Santos's plow still has friction bearings (in 2014). This nice sunny photo of 401058 shows it has been upgraded to roller bearings.
