	<title>Comments on: On the last day of January, CN 396 rolls through Brantford with a 6 unit consist of CN 5411, CN 2523, UP 8424, CN 2681, CN 2140 and CN 8964.  The past two days 396 has had 6 units on it and foreign power.  396 on the 30th had UP 6434 and NS 8432 trailing.  It is great to see the return of foreign power on CN!</title>
