Too bad the best seems to be seen on the worst of days……in this image, the train has just set off a cut at Parry Sound’s diminutive ‘yard’ before heading south (east on timetable) and the power is backing onto train for the run to Toronto. Seen, from the head end; CP 5519, CR 7793, CP 3073, 4715 and 4570. The old water tower on the hill has since been demolished and the yard is no longer. Trains just run thru.
