The flat car off to the right with the bungalow, propane tank, hose reels and pump is used for transferring propane from a tank car to the wayside propane storage tanks for the Snow Clearing Devices (SCD) aka Snow Melter or Switch Heater at end of siding locations through-out Northern Ontario.
