CP 414219 is an Ohio model DE 400 locomotive crane, serial number 5130, built new in 1981. It was surplus to CP&#039;s needs and for sale at their yard in Port Coquitlam, BC October 5, 2020. 
I may have seen you on the day you snapped your pic as I was working with CP at that exact location during the same week! ....
