<title>Comments on: Ontario Northland diesel power is lined up at CN&#8217;s Mimico Roundhouse for servicing. Shown here are a pair of GMD FP7&#8242;s nose-to-nose (1503 and another 1500-series unit), with RS3 1309 further down. The Mimico roundhouse and turntable can be seen in the background, with part of a CN SW-series switcher to the side.

In addition to a joint CN-ONR Northland passenger train (that could often be found with an ONR F-unit operating with a CN F), ONR power sometimes ran on freights on CN. An example of that can be found here, shown passing Sunnyside on the way to Mimico: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=14899.

For a shot of some big steam power at Mimico a few years earlier: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=14024&lt;/a&lt;</title>
