		<description>Jacob, that one wasn&#039;t repainted. All the 4650&#039;s were like that at one point, they were ex-Gulford nee-B&amp;M units acquired by CP from Helm/HATX.

4650 was like that too until very recently, when Binghamton (?) Shops did a few under-the-table repaints on some of them that hadn&#039;t been repainted, hence the non-standard fonts.

Both units here are now apparently Tied Up Serviceable.</description>
