<title>Comments on: OSR 102 sits in CN&#8217;s Van De Water Yard in Windsor, ON. awaiting shipment to its new home. Built as Algoma Central 172 it is the last GP9 ever built. ETR acquired it sometime in the 1980s and was used to haul salt out of the Windsor Salt Mine with its counterpart ETR 108. When the salt mine stopped using rail service ETR sidelined 102 as it was in rough shape. They then used it for parts to keep ETR&#8217;s other GP9, 108 going. It has now been sold to the OSR and as I am typing this it is on CN being brought to OSR.</title>
