Comments on: OSR 1620 briefly poses beside the Guelph water town before heading back to the transfer, who knew the operating relationship between OSR and the GJR would deteriorate to the point of having another operator take over once the contract went up for bid. 22 years of reliable service now history as of August 28, 2020. It was a fun run working with a lot of awesome railroaders.

Hi Mike, great picture, beautiful colour and definitely “in Guelph” – one for the history books. It was great to see you in one of Stephen Host’s photographs on your final day of work on OSR operation. Must have been a day of very mixed emotions for you and your fellow crew members. Don’t know what Monday morning holds for you, but what ever it is, all the very best ! And as Bob Hope used to croon , “ Thanks for the memories. . .” John
