	<title>Comments on: OSR had a unique load recently.  Two transformers for Hydro One, unloaded at the Arkell siding.  SW1200Rsu 1210 remained on site.  After the second transformer was unloaded from one of the flatcars, I looked at the load clearance card, seeing Illinois Central Railroad printed on it. The ICRR became part of the CNR in 1998, making this card date back to a move over twenty years ago. The card does not appear to be filled out for some reason. 

*The reporting mark of the flatcar may be a digit off. I am not certain about the final number being 1, but it may have been.</title>
