Comments on: OSR’s matched F units have just finished switching Cami and are headed to Woodstock. After arriving in Ingersoll 10min prior on a day calling for heavy storms and not knowing whether the Woodstock Job was running, I could not have timed it better

If you're in the area, these units are fairly common to see; but this is part of that old adage: Don't take them for granted.
When these units go to pasture there are going to be a lot of fans complaining of all the time they had to shoot a pair of 'F's, and they passed up.
Hats off to the OSR, of course. Great roster.

Not so much the Engineers but the Conductors. Steps are high and more difficult to use compared to a Geep, the compromise on OSR was to use a f/gp9, but naturally, they still operate them in pairs.. at least this is what OSR crews explained to me. Who'se the dude at the next crossing?
