Comments on: Owned by the Guelph Historical Railway Association, the tattered Ex CN 8990 Baggage car and now CN 60337 tool car which was built in 1950, sits on the siding just before Elmira Rd in Guelph. Behind it sits a very nice caboose with “Please don’t vandalize our equipment. Needs a coat of paint. Interior needs to be gutted - lots of steelwork added for MOW service. Plan is to turn this into a museum. Caboose is in great shape but the signs are to deter local vandals. Since the signs have gone up, we've had no issues with the vandals.
