Recent VIA news release indicates that when the Ocean does start up, it will apparently be a push-pull operation as a result of there now being no turn around loop available in Halifax. Because the seats in Renaissance coaches can’t be turned around, the train purportedly will be a mixture of Budd built coaches (seats can be turned) and Renaissance sleeping cars, dining car and lounge car - and no dome car.
