<title>Comments on: Parked beside the roundhouse in Capreol, Ontario is this interesting piece of work equipment. Starting life as a 40 foot wood sided steel under frame box car sometime in the mid 1920s, it was converted in the 1960s to a roofless box car with extended sides and used in wood chip service. It was subsequently converted to this boom car to be used with CN pile driver 50825. Note that the car still carries its revenue service car number. The high brake wheel is visible through the now removed extension.</title>
