		<description>I worked on the CP Woodstock-Port Burwell job back then. We used to take lunch sometimes in the &quot;Coffee Pot&quot; a little lunch counter in Tillsonburg. One day the PC signal maintainer was at the counter &amp; I  mentioned how fast the passenger trains go thru Tillsonburg. He told me he wouldn&#039;t ride one of them &quot;for a million bucks&quot;, the track was that bad.</description>

Looks to be exhaust coming out of the E8, perhaps it&#039;s was only functioning on half power to bring about the GP9 use ..??</description>
