Comments on: Personally these wind turbine blade trains are some of the most interesting unit trains out there. I’ve been lucky enough over the years to catch both blades and bases on both CN and CP. Here we see a westbound CN bade train running off the last mile of the Halton sub. as it is about to duck under Guelph Line in Burlington. The train is beginning to slow in preparation for a meet with CN 148 making a lift at Aldershot.

I guess that is one of the bonuses of alternate energy. If these come off the rails, they don't pollute the water, catch fire and explode or release toxic clouds. :-)
