<title>Comments on: Port Colborne&#8217;s Canal Days is an annual event held over the civic holiday weekend (Aug. 4 &#8211; 7, 2000 &#8211; exact day approximate) celebrating the Welland Canal and the prosperity it has brought to the town and Niagara Region. During the early years of Trillium&#8217;s Port Colborne Harbour Railway, short excursions were held using ALCO C-425 6101, ALCO S1 308, and coaches from the Medina Railroad Museum in New York. Here, 6101 is seen along Park Street just west of Catharine Street.More Canal Day trips:Soutbound at Elm Street, Arnold Mooney, 1999Coming back into town, Arnold Mooney, 1999Just outside of town, Bruce Acheson, 2000</title>
