<title>Comments on: Prior to the CPR&#8217;s 1954 Budd built Park cars, the solarium cars graced the tail end of many CPR passenger trains.

The NSC 1931 built CPR buffet-parlor-solarium-lounge ANTIGUA is CP Rail #63 Track Geometry Car. (ex work car #411255, 1971)

As far as I can determine car 63 is now in traditional CP maroon livery and continues to serve as Track Recording Car 63

TRC 63 at CP Rail Agincourt, October 8, 1979 Kodachrome by S.Danko

   Notable:

A search for sisters of ANTIGUA reveals as of 1960 CPR rostered a buffet-solarium-parlor car &#8216;TRINIDAD&#8217; with 16 Parlor, 16 Observation, 6 Solarium seats ( per Patrick Doran&#8217;s CPR book).
