Comments on: Prior to the opening of the GO Centre in Hamilton and transfer of commuter train service to the former TH&B station,a new track configuration was implemented at Hamilton Jct and the Hunter Street tunnel was modified to accomodate bi-level coaches. During some of these work blocks, CP freight traffic was detoured over CN’s Grimsby sub.

Here we see an eastbound CP freight behind a trio of C424s passing through CN’s Hamilton Yard at dusk in October 1994.

I never saw any MLWs on NS 327/328, Steve--only GMD power, occasionally with an NS unit mixed in. (Mind you, I was living in Montreal at the time and didn't get to see it too often.)
