I think the date might be earlier. There are no tracks in the fly-under and the skydome would have been partially built in 1988. 1983 perhaps?

Probably just before noon. 71 had Tempo stuff in those days; let’s settle on 73 . Coach yard was busy; a fun if leisurely place to work.

Too short for #75, wouldn’t you say? Perhaps it is #71. But what the heck, it is a great shot; especially with the Northlander lurking in the background.
