Comments on: Really nice cold morning in late November of ’94 and I was parked up at the end of Howard Rd in Aldershot, a favourite place back before the third track went in (for GO expansion). Now, it is pretty well inaccessible for decent mainline photos. In this shot, CP still had rights over the CN thru here, and CP 8212, 1859 and 8234 are moving along at speed. Aldershot Cold Storage building (now gone) and Waterdown Rd bridge in the background. Image is from a medium format print.

I thought, and clearly was mistaken, when I saw those CP 8200's hauling autoracks along The Oakville that they were going to Ford Oakville. Here they are at Aldershot still heading west.
