	<title>Comments on: Recently reactivated train CN 123 (Halifax-Chicago) has IC 1028, CN 2678 &amp; BNSF 4314 for power as it passes the skyline of downtown Montreal. IC SD70s are no longer seen at all in Eastern Canada (I last shot one leading in 2017), so this was quite a surprising leader.</title>
