CN was always Wednesday and always after Via 72 departed. The SOR is very very hard to figure out because they run when they are needed. The only thing that is consistent is they are usually coming downtown between 0730 and 0800. I have shot them on everyday of the week since they took over the line and it has never stayed the same day from one week to the next.
