	<title>Comments on: RLK 4003 notches up as they begin to shove a cut of cars back into the Imperial Oil plant in Nanticoke.  It is hard to come by anything but a GP20D on the Hagersville Subdivision so getting to see this classic GP9 was a nice treat.</title>
