		<description>SOR&#039;s last day was December 13, 2018 so CN would have started up on December 14, 2018. CN power was in the yard and ready to go on the 13th. 

And yes, 4003 is still at Railcare.</description>

Also interesting how CN shortened the &quot;oil track&quot; (where the power lays over when not in use) likely to add more buildings and/or more room for vehicles to park IMO.</description>
