Comments on: RLK 4057 and stable-mate NECR 3840 slowly climb upgrade past the then idle elevators through Hagersville with one of several wind turbine trains destined for SOR’s Franklin Yard further south near Nanticoke, ON. Franklin Yard is located on the US Steel spur just off of Concession 3 and served as a temporary, convenient trans load site for local wind turbine units rail to truck.
