Comments on: -rp.ca #1000 A year after being applied, the AR Illinois graphic still looks fresh as 4138 leads the CN 15:30 Kitchener Job to Elmira on the Waterloo Spur, about to cross King Street in downtown Waterloo. This was the first time I had photographed 4138 on the line heading north since my cab ride three years prior. The mid-90’s was a simpler time in Uptown Waterloo, back during an era when CN trains to Elmira operated almost un-noticed in daylight. Except for those few devoted local fans that would regularly photograph them.
