Comments on: Sarnia’s full of suprises and over the years you can get some things that you have great difficulty getting elsewhere – this was one of these days. With only 8 GTW GP9′s on the roster today they were rare than and remain rare today, the GP9′s not so much, but one of each together? This pair was together the entire weekend and I managed to shoot it on both days of my visit. Photographed as the IOX job works Cargill at the end of the Point Edward Spur.

Over nine years later and GTW 4619 was still active on CN in the US.

I can't imagine many GTW GP9's have come north across the border to work on jobs in Ontario.

Nice catch from 2013 Steve.
