<title>Comments on: Sept 1968, an early evening finds Penn Central westbound train ML-9 ( Multi Level) passing through Canfield on the Canada Division. This train originated at Framingham MA with a day’s worth of empty racks going back to Detroit region facilities for reloading. A GP40 and a pair of U30B’s can easily handle this train with their combined 9,000 hp but the draft created will stir up the dust and make those weeds wave back &amp; forth for a few minutes. That wooden property line post in the middle of the bullrushes once had CSR painted on it (Canada Southern Railway).</title>
