		<description>Stuart, my understanding is it was  built 1943 by CN for the Wabash to have another spot to fuel trains. 

Would have been to aid in the war effort, since just about everything had to be approved by the wsr board to be constructed in those days.. I can only imagine the traffic on the line was insane to justify it.

clearly it wasn&#039;t used very long since the wabash dieselised by 1951 or so.</description>
