Thanks for your kind comments!

John, SFG operates the train to Port-Daniel twice a week (As of March), they go from New Richmond to Port-Daniel on one day, and go back from Port-Daniel to New Richmond on the next.

As the line had just re-opened, a lot of the railway crossings were still inoperative or were late to activate. For this reason, the conductor manually protects most of the automatic crossings.

Ian, thanks for sharing. Very scenic, love thhe house with the turret in the background. Why the flag man protection when the level crossing lights are flashing, and how often is the train operating to the Port-Daniel cement plant ? One more question - is there any rehabilitation track work underway beyond the cement plant toward Chandler ? Thank you, John
