According to my Trackside Guide, CN 55350 was built in 1928 by the Eastern Car Company of Truro NS.
Lettered on the side is &#8220;CN 10.86&#8243; &#8211; could be date of rebuild or major maintenance &#8211; and some notices: 
&#8220;DANGER &#8211; Block Wings Open Before Going Behind&#8221; 
&#8220;WARNING &#8211; This Plow Is Too High To Pass Through Winnipeg Train Shed&#8221;
It&#8217;s a colourful summer scene, but &#8230; Winter is coming.</title>
