		<description>The CN crews always put the traffic signal in to railway pre-emption before occupying the road, however they always take the traffic signal out of pre-emption while the train is still on the road as James&#039; picture illustrates. They should clear the road before turning the signal back to normal operation... but that would require more walking.</description>
