		<description>You are correct Eric.  The SkyTrain attracts people who think it is nice to dump on it. I noticed a wood pallet on one and that would have cause a wee problem if hit by the train.
The adjacent rail line (CNR/Via/Amtrak/BNSF) doesn&#039;t require it as it is a low traffic line with manned heavy equipment as appose to driverless, lighter equipment every 2-3 mins on the Skytrain Line. - Tom</description>
